These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and f5777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using the services available at f5777, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the f5777 platform and, where applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use f5777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

Each player may hold one account on f5777 only. Attempting to open or operate more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or IP address, or through any other means — constitutes a prohibited activity and will result in all related accounts being suspended and any associated balances being voided pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. f5777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure. You must notify f5777 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. When providing personal details at registration, you must ensure all information submitted is accurate, current and complete. The following details cannot be changed after registration without identity verification:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national ID or passport
• Date of birth
• Primary registered mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account
• National ID number or passport number submitted during KYC verification

f5777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in a temporary hold on withdrawals pending verification. In cases of confirmed fraud or identity misrepresentation, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on f5777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). f5777 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency deposits, or payments from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used must match the name on the registered f5777 account. Third-party payments — where a player deposits using a bKash, Nagad or Rocket account registered to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. f5777 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their standard transaction charges independently. Current processing timelines are as follows:

f5777 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification, or temporarily suspend withdrawal processing in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, bonus abuse, chargeback disputes, or technical system maintenance. f5777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise explicitly stated in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only; bonuses claimed by ineligible players will be voided
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses unless the offer is explicitly labelled as a cash bonus with no rollover; the specific rollover multiplier will be stated in the offer terms

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f5777. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all balances and winnings, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 21
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage
• Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering, or using f5777 as a vehicle for any financial crime
• Colluding with other players, platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your mobile financial service provider after funds have been credited to your f5777 account and used for wagering
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification

f5777 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity waive all claims to account balances and winnings accrued during the period of the prohibited conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f5777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure. f5777's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages shall in no event exceed the amount of funds held in your f5777 account at the time the claim arises.

f5777 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. While f5777 takes reasonable precautions to ensure the security and integrity of the platform, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or that all technical functions will operate without fault. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may affect platform availability, and f5777 will not be liable for any losses arising from such downtime.

f5777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or where account closure is required for legal, regulatory or risk management purposes. In the event of termination for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or identity verification requirements.

You may close your f5777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.
